Nine years ago, Carmelo understood that vintage was coming back into style, and asked his mother to produce some bow ties for a little vintage exhibition in Favara. They sold everything, and people asked for more. One year later, he founded the brand Scocca Papillon, the word “scocca” derives from Sicilian dialect and means “bow".
